About Paintless Dent Repair

Paintless dent repair is a technique for removing dents and dings from a vehicle's body panels without the need for paint, fillers, or sanding. Trained technicians use specialized tools and precision lighting to access the back side of the panel and gradually massage the metal back to its original shape. The result is a factory-perfect repair that preserves your original paint.
No. PDR never cuts, sands, or applies anything to your paint surface. Your factory paint is completely preserved. Because no repainting is involved, PDR also does not affect your vehicle's factory paint warranty.
PDR works best on dents where the paint has not been broken — hail damage, door dings, parking lot impacts, and minor creases. Dents with cracked or chipped paint, sharp creases at the very edge of a panel, or extremely deep impacts may require traditional repair methods. Aaron will assess your specific damage and tell you exactly what is and is not a candidate for PDR during your free inspection.
Most single-vehicle hail repairs are completed within one day. Severe hail damage covering multiple panels may take 24–48 hours. Individual door dings or small dents are often repaired within 1–2 hours. We give you a realistic timeframe during your free inspection.

About Insurance & Claims

If your policy includes comprehensive coverage, hail damage is almost always covered. You will typically only be responsible for your deductible. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm your coverage before scheduling, and we are happy to help you understand your policy during your inspection.
Yes. We work directly with all major carriers — State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, USAA, Farmers, Geico, and more. We handle the documentation, submit the claim photos, and coordinate with your adjuster so the process is smooth for you.
Just bring your vehicle. If you have already filed a claim and have a claim number, bring that too. Everything else — photos, documentation, adjuster coordination — we handle from there.
This is common. We will file a supplement with your insurance carrier to cover any additional damage discovered during the repair process. You are not responsible for the difference between the insurer's estimate and the actual repair cost — beyond your deductible.
